Increasing demands on the quality of screws and small parts require an increasing effort in quality control facilities. This is especially true for the criteria on "absolute accuracy". The need for 100% failure-free screws and small parts produced for several applications is on the top of the customers demands list. A complete accuracy can be done nowadays only through the use of fully automatic test systems. The test system QptiSort from GEFRA GmbH meets these demands completely. This is confirmed by more than 200 control systems installed at several customers and the receiving of the Innovations Award from the government of Rheinland-Pfalz in Germany.
