The U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, DC, USA, has issued a new Informed Compliance Publication on imported fasteners. It is intended to provide guidance and information to the trade community and reflects the position on, or interpretation of, the applicable laws or regulations by the CBP.
