Madam, Split-thickness skin grafts (STSGs) are widely used during reconstructive surgery. After separation from the donor site and during transfer to the recipient surgical bed, it is imperative that the STSG remains correcdy oriented to ensure it is not inadvertently placed on the recipient site upside down.
