SINCE 1988 R-BIOPHARM has been developing and producing tests for the detection of infectious diseases and various components in food and feed. The RIDASCREEN (R) /RIDA (R) product range comprises dip sticks, ELISAs, card tests and immuno affinity columns to determine mycotoxins such as deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenon, ochratoxin A, T2-toxin, aflatoxin and citrinin. Besides this, ELISAs are used for the determination of antibiotics (eg chloramphenicol, nitrofurans, streptomycin, tetracycline), hormones and risk material. Molecularbiological test systems like PCR-ELISAs or 'real time' PCR for animal speciation as well as GMO- and allergen detection are available under the name of SureFood(R). RIDA(R)COUNT, the test card for microbiological hygiene control and product testing for total count, coliforms, E coli, yeasts & moulds, Salmonella and Staph aureus, are also part of the portfolio for microbiology/hygiene.
