Richard Kirman of Miller Pattison explains how this fast growing windows and doors division looks set to become one of the newbuild market's major players It's just 18 months since market-leading conservation contractor Miller Pattison set up its specialist Windows & Doors Division for housebuilders. Today, this relative newcomer is on target to reach a turnover of nearly 5 million pounds for 2003. General Manger, Richard Kirman explains below how this fast growing company looks set to become one of the industry's major players. Miller Pattison's Windows & Doors Division has achieved significant growth over the past 12 months, with the number of frames installed in new homes each week rising by more than 100 percent. Our speedy and reliable exstock supply and Fix service for PVC-U windows and doors, delivered through Miller Pattison's regional centres around the UK, is certainly proving popular with developers. In our experience, housebuilders like the idea of dealing with a national company, whilst enjoying the benefit of a local branch - and that's what we can offer. Also, the fact we maintain complete control over contact management, from supply through to site installation, ensures quality standards are upheld throughout and helps us eliminate costly delays. As a result, ongoing business relationships have been established with many major national and regional housebuilders, including Bellway, Bryant and Redrow.
