Many PVC-U fabricators are diversifying into other areas and aluminium has seen a tremendous growth in recent months as a result of this shift. In fact, nearly 20% of all PVC-U fabricators now manufacture aluminium to some degree. As demand from homeowners, particularly for bi-fold doors, hits an all time high, I'm sure there will be more players entering the aluminium market.
