Rhabdomyomatous mesenchymal hamartoma resembling scleroderma 'en coup de sabre': a case report and literature review.

Madam, We describe a unique presentation of rhabdomyo-matous mesenchymal hamartoma (RMH) arising in a 17-year-old girl. The lesion clinically resembled scleroderma 'en coup de sabre' and is the first published case of an RMH presenting as a depressed skin lesion. The previous cases described in the English language literature have all presented as raised lesions.
