This ambitious medium-sized operation is learning many lessons about year-round production.It was at the age of 44 that Bob Mitchell decided he wanted to try greenhouse cultivation."I decided to make a switch in my agricultural career after being in charge of my grain elevator as well as growing cash crops," he says. "I've been in love with agriculture since I was a toddler, so I decided it was time to dedicate my time to intensiveagriculture - growing quality greenhouse vegetables."
