New water-cleaning system from Shieer being introduced to North America

Shieer Canada Limited this fall is introducing to North America a water purification system that's already proven quite successful in the Netherlands. Since 1994, the Shieer Group, in co-operation with Van Etten Tech-niek B.V., have been marketing a water-cleaning system called the Shieer Bio-Filter. This process involves: A filter medium of lava grains. A rotation system that reverses the filter medium. The addition of biological activators Bio-WaterClean~R (BWC) and Bio-Crop~R.
