CEAT a research leader

Background: Very recently, my colleague Graeme Murphy of the Vineland Research Station politely reminded me that I had promised some time ago to prepare an article for the Cecil Delworth Foundation. With another Canadian Greenhouse Conference just around the corner (i.e., Oct. 17-18th), and with the expectation of about 2,000 scientists, growers and industry participants visiting us, I settled that it might be appropriate to outline some of the exciting new research activities being pursued at the university. Readers might wish to become more familiar with these programs while at the University of Guelph.
