Madam, We discussed in our Journal club the paper by Rig-opoulos et al., 'Efficacy and safety of tacrolimus ointment 0.1% vs. betamethasone 17-valerate 0-1% in the treatment of chronic paronychia: an unblinded randomized study'. We are concerned that the conclusions stated in the summary cannot be justified by the results and that the title and abstract are potentially misleading.
