Turkey Fancy: Two steps forward,one step back

At this time of year I am usually buoyant about the large winter poultry shows, for it's good to have the turkeys on display alongside all the other birds. The Poultry Club of Great Britain's (PCGB) National Show, then the National Federation of Poultry Clubs' Show followed by the Scottish National in January are great treats in the Fancier's year.
