Exxon Mobil is planning a major push into Mexico's retail fuel market, with the launch of a network of Mobil-branded service stations in the country. Exxon says it will invest some $300 million over the next decade to build up its Mexican retail business. In a statement, the company says the first retail outlet will open sometime during the second half of this year, with other service stations to follow before year's end.
