The Miami Laboratory of the Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) is part of the National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Department of Commerce. It is situated on Virginia Key, 3 miles east of Miami and north of Key Biscayne, Florida.
