MagMinerals eyes Congo potash project

Nova Scotia,Canada-Magnesium Alloy Corp.(MAC) reports that its subsidiary,MagMinerals Inc.,has entered into a protocol d'accord with SSI for the marketing of potash fertilizers under a firm,long-term off-take agreement.SSI is a unit of SCPA (previously Potasse D'Alsace),itself a 100 percent unit of EMC (Entreprise miniere et chimique),100 percent owned by the French government.
