Land O'Lakes Inc. (LOL), St. Paul, Minn., said Dec. 10 that Rod Schroeder, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Crop Protection Products, Winfield Solutions, will retire effective April 30, 2013. LOL noted that Schroeder has a long history of contributions to the co-op system, and most recently led the successful transition and integration of the Agriliance crop protection business into the Winfield Solutions organization. He has been very involved in associations, including Crop Life America, the Agricultural Retailers Association, and The Fertilizer Institute.
