U.S. Gulf: Prompt granular barge prices moved down iast week, with new trades reported in the $418-S425/sl FOB range. Sellers reportedly started the week seeking $430/sl FOB, but could not find it. While sellers are optimistic that Hurricane Isaac brought enough rain to some areas to spur some urea use in the near term, particularly in wheat country, others said new imports might serve to balance out any uptick in demand.
