PCS Sales on Jan. 24 announced several organizational changes, effective Jan. 1, 2012. Derek Hardy was promoted to vice president, fertilizer sales - West. He was previously director, fertilizer sales -East. In his new position he assumes the responsibilities of Gary Snyder, who retired from the company after 33 years of service.
