Central Florida: Producer inventories continued to be very low, and prices were not likely to change in the near future. However, prompt railcar sales out of Central Florida were virtually nonexistent. The DAP price range for Central Florida was a flat $520/sl FOB, as traders no longer had cheaper truckloads available. CF Industries and Mosaic were still at $520/st FOB.
