U.S.complains to WTO about China's fertilizer trade barriers

The United States leveled criticism agaisnt China once again about the country's failure to comply with its market access commitments. The U.S.,Japan and Canada complained that the Chinese are adopting policies incosistent with its scheduled tariff commitments.
