Tessenderlo sells phos feed business to EcoPhos

Brussels—Tessenderlo Group has signed an agreement to sell its Aliphos feed phosphate business to Belgium-based EcoPhos, a feed phosphate producer and developer. The sale comprises one production site in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and three sales offices (Germany, Spain, Poland), and involves a total of 57 employees. The products are globally marketed under the Aliphos~R, Windmill, and AliGlys~R brand names. A debottlenecking and investment program is ongoing at the Aliphos Rotterdam plant.
