US John Wiater is having a difficult time describing a US100m (Euro78.2m) wallboard plant project along the Ohio River in southern Marshall County.It is the story about the resurgence of manufacturing jobs in West Virginia's Northern Panhandle.London-based British Plaster Board PLC (BPB),one of the world's leading suppliers of gypsum drywall,plans to hire 100 workers when the plant opens in late 2007.And it is a recycling story about saving the environment.The plant will use synthetic gypsum that will travel along a conveyor belt from American Electric Power's (ALP) coal-fired Mitchell Plant nearby.
