US: Transnational Group to lease Mount Vista gypsum property

Transnational Group has agreed to lease the Nevada Outdoor School (NOS) to mine gypsum from Mount Vista in southern Nevada. Transnational has acquired the full mining rights of any gypsum on the Mount Vista property in exchange for a production royalty. There are 12 claims included in the lease agreement that comprise 1.86km~2 of land. The term of the mining lease is 10 years with three five-year renewable options available.
