North Northwest to alaska & the yukon

For the past several years, Clarence Catt, a GPAA and LDMA member, and his prospecting partner, Charlie Ferguson, have made the long drive to Alaska and the Yukon from southern Illinois, a route that leads them in a northwesterly direction through Canada's Alberta and British Columbia Provinces. Fortune smiles on few men the way it does with Charlie and Clarence as they are able to spend three or four months each summer to prospect for gold, test new airboat designs and fish for trout, salmon and Artie Grayling in the midst of some the world's most spectacular scenery, including those along Canadian Highway 93 through Banff and Jasper National parks.
