Foodborne pathogen crisis: your business at risk?

Planning and coordination are the keys to resolving foodborne pathogen crises. This was the take home message from a seminar featuring a panel of experienced lawyers and a public relations expert. The program, organized by the Gulf Coast branch of the Institute of Food Technologists, was held at the Louisiana State University during late April.
