Praxair Starts Up ASU for Anhui Wuwei Coal-Gasification Project

Praxair China announced July 5 that it started up a 3,000 ton-per-day air-separation unit (ASU) for the Anhui Wuwei coal gasification-to-chemicals project in China. The ASU will produce liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon, and will be “integrated with Praxair China’s liquid production and distribution network in the region.”
