Sunoco Closes Toledo Refinery Sale to PBF Subsidiary

Sunoco, Inc. announced March 1 that it has completed the divestiture of its refinery in Toledo, Ohio, to Toledo Refining Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PBF Holding Co. LLC for a US$400-million package comprised equally of cash and a two-year note. Agreed consideration was also sweetened by "participation payments"of up to $125 million based on the future profitability of the refinery.
