A recent study cited December 5 by the European Commission’s Science for Environment Policy bulletin finds that EU policies favoring dieselization of the passenger vehicle fleet over the past 15 to 20 years haven’t achieved the promised net greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions cuts.
