Russia’s Lukoil Taps Honeywell’s UOP Technology for Gasoline, Petchem Production

Russia-based Lukoil has selected UOP to provide technology to produce blending components used to make high-octane gasoline and petrochemicals at its facility in Nizhny Novgorod. The firm will license an integrated suite of Honeywell UOP technologies to produce gasoline-blending components; propylene and other petrochemicals at a new integrated fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) complex, according to an August 1 UOP announcement.
