New Hampshire Legislature Blocks State from Joining LCFS Programs

Earlier this month, New Hampshire legislature passed legislation (HB 1487) that prohibits the state from participating in any national, state or regional low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS) programs that require quotas, caps or mandates on transportation fuels, fuels used for industrial purposes or fuels used for home heating without seeking prior legislative approval.
