UPS to Purchase About 700 LNG Vehicles, Build Four Refueling Stations by End-2014

UPS announced April 23 the accelerated growth of its U.S.-based alternative-vehicle fleet with plans to purchase about 700 liquefied-natural-gas (LNG) vehicles and build four refueling stations by the end of 2014. Once completed, the LNG private fleet will be one of the most extensive in the U.S., according to a statement issued by the company.
