According to Giardina, its roller coating machines, which are available in several working widths: 1,300, 1,800, 2,200 and 2,500mm, are ideal for companies having high-capacity production needs and for those that need to coat only small lots of different colours. Machine operating and maintenance are very simple to carry out by means of rubber roller pressing on the glass surface. This means that glass of different sizes can be coated simultaneously. Moreover, there is no waste of lacquer thanks to the recovering and recycling systems by means of a pump. With only one roller coater you can obtain an etch- (very similar to sand-blasting or acid treatment) or a fully-opaque effect.
