The mass transfer inertia in the course of interaction of single- and two-phase sodium borosilicate glasses with aqueous solutions of acids (leaching) is investigated.The kinetics of mass transfer in glass-solution systems is calculated from the hyperbolic equation of wave diffusion with due regard for the delay of diffusion fluxes.The calculated time dependences of the integrated characteristic of the process adequately describe the experimental data.The parameters of the attainment of a quasi-stationary regime of the process and the apparent activation energies for diffusion and relaxation are determined.
