The EN4L150, manufactured by Italcarrelli, is a revolutionary loader for the transport of Jumbo glass sheets. It can, says the Italian company, transport up to 15,000kg of glass at a time and, thanks to its telescopic forks and special pantograph clamps, enables the operator to move the load with extreme ease and speed. Another innovative feature of the EN4L 150 is its telescopic glass support frame. The area of the frame may be modified as per glass dimensions so that the glass will base itself completely on it, reducing breakage on the borders. The EN4L 150, as all Italcarrelli's side-loader, has independent steering wheels, controlled by PLC, that enable transport in any direction. Moreover, the EN4L 150 equipped with special optical and ultra-sound sensors that facilitate loading and unloading operations of the glass sheets and protect their integrity against accidental breakages.
