摘要

The technology of the synthesis of (ZrO2)(0.6)(In2O3)(0.4) nanocrystalline (similar to 20 nm) powder with a SiO2 modifying alloy is developed based on the citrate sol-gel method. The conditions for obtaining a dense and porous ceramic of this composition for electrodes of supercapacitors are determined. The effect of porosity on conductivity of the obtained ceramic materials is shown.
