Regularities of Vaporization of Periodic Table Group IVA Element Phosphates

The vaporization of galss-forming phosphates of the periodic table Group IVA elements is studied by high-temperaturre mass spectometry. Analyses of qualitative and quantitative vapor compositions have revealed a number of regularities that allow the prediction of the character of the vaporization of polyvalent element phosphates.
