Aisa, worldwide-known manufacturer of screen printing and handling equipment, has recently developed a new UV curing oven (model GHS330), which has already aroused the interest of the experts. The GHS330, says the Italian company, can be integrated in a complete line (its conveying speed being adaptable to the speed of the upstream or downstream machines), or be used as a stand-alone unit (provided with its own PLC), so as to operate in manual processes. It can work at high speed and attain the required curing quality in the shortest cycle time possible. According to Aisa, its modular concept allows the operator to select the number of lamps to be activated according to the process needs, which results in considerable energy conservation. Both inspection and maintenance of the transport system (made of chromium-plated steel rollers) are simplified by the "shell" opening system of the upper structure, which can be lifted by suitable cylinders.
