Glazing renaissance at the Paris Mondial de l'Automobile

Glazing was once more at the fore in Paris on the occasion of the Mondial de l'Automobile from 20 September to 15 October 2000. The strong presence of glass transformers during the show and the on-gong 'renaissance' of glazing in vehicles brought the ever-increasing number of micro and mini cars with safety glazing into the spotlight. Automotive safety is now based more on all-round visibility rather than electronics.
