If you are remodeling your bathroom and using tile on the shower walls, try this easy mural project to brighten up your room. When tiling the shower wall leave a few tiles off, forming an open space for the mural. Save the ceramic tiles that would have been in the space, incase you move someday (and wish to keep your enamel). For the project described in this article, the tiles were 13 inches square. I left out six tiles, leaving a 26 x 39 inch space (below).
