I've been making enamel and metal work for 30 years. In the late 1970s I went to a cloisonne workshop in the home of Judy Richardson where she provided materials, a kiln and instruction in cloisonne. I had one various lands of art my whole life, but found cloisonne combined y love of color, of miniature art pieces and of doing very concentrated close work. I went to Judy's weekly workshops for six months. For Years I made cloisonne jewelry, mainly using the themes of flowers and birds. I sold my work through several shops. After a few years I began creating more abstract designs.
