摘要

The book deals with one of the vast, urgent problems today - how to increase production efficiency. In the introduction, the authors note that non-ferrous metals and alloys from secondary raw material play an important role in the country's economy with respect to the general non-ferrous metals balance. The low cost of such alloys and the need to maintain requirements with respect to environmental protection determine the need to regenerate metals from scrap wastes. In chapter I, the authors consider the theoretical aspects and basic approaches to increasing production efficiency in secondary non-ferrous metallurgy. They considered and discussed a series of problems, the inadequate working up of which has obstructed growth production efficiency in the subdivision. In particular, the practice of evaluating the consumer properties of non-ferrous metals scrap and waste is imperfect. Expenditures for billets, primary treatment and subsequent metallurgical processing of 1 ton of aluminum alloys from secondary raw material is 6-8 tines lower than when producing an equivalent amount of alloy from mineral raw material. At the sane tine, wholesale costs for these alloys are only slightly different. Comparing the metal prices from primary and secondary raw material has brought a drop in interest by consumers in non-ferrous metals and alloys from secondary raw material.
