An 80-year-old female is admitted to the nursing home following knee replacement surgery. She has a long-standing history of heart failure and rheumatoid arthritis for which she takes di-goxin, metoprolol, lisinopril, methotrexate, acetaminophen, and occasional celecoxib when her arthritis pain is severe.
