摘要

Most natural and synthetic materials owe their macroscopic properties to the size, shape and constitution of their nanostructure. Small-angle X-ray scattering has become an increasingly important technique for nanostructure analysis. This process has been accelerated by the availability of new high-performance laboratory instruments such as the new SAXSpace nanostructure analyzer from Anton Paar. The SAXS method offers unique opportunities for addressing new developments and investigations into nanomaterials, and can be expected to further strengthen its position as a mainstream analytical method in materials research.
