摘要

In recent years, HPLC with multichannelcoulometric detection has become a useful technique for sensitive and selective determination of individual phenolic and flavone antioxidants. Real time comprehensive two-dimensional LCxLC has recently emerged as a very promising technique for increasing the number of separated compounds in a single run. By selecting matching columns and mobile phases in the first and in the second dimension and by modulating the sample transfer conditions, the separation selectivity and the number of resolved compounds in the two-dimensional LC can be considerably increased in comparison to the single-dimensional LC operation.
