Air injection systems operate continuously to produce extra power with near combined cycle heat rates and at a capital cost of $350-$400 per kW added. PowerPHASE LLC founder and president, Bob Kraft, claims that his company's TurboPHASE air injection technology provides owner operators the lowest capital cost solution for restoring the loss in gas turbine power output at high ambient temperatures and site elevation.
