摘要

To achieve effective targeted delivery and satisfactory therapeutic applications,various synthetic polymers have been used for the delivery of therapeutic agents such as drugs and genes. Among synthetic polymers,arnphiphilic polymers are self-assembled in aqueous solution to minimize contact between water and hydrophobic blocks,and they can contain hydrophobic drugs in the inner hydrophobic core. Recently,the biological signals-responsive smart micelles are reported for the selective release of drug at target organs.
