Simple Cycle Performance Specs: Correcting industry ISO design ratings for 'off-ISO' operating conditions

Scope. Simple cycle plant ratings in the 2015 GTW Performance Specs are based on new-and-clean performance of OEM gas turbine plants at ISO standard conditions: 59℉ (15℃) ambient air temperature, 14.7 psia (1.015 bar) sea level and 60% relative humidity. In most cases the ratings are specified for operation on natural gas fuel and gross base load output (measured across generator terminals) without inlet loss, exhaust loss or shaft-driven auxiliary losses - unless otherwise noted.
