Combined cycle supplies electric power and steam for heating and cooling, sells surplus power into the New York grid. Riverbay Corporation recently commissioned its nominal 35-MW Coop City combined cycle cogeneration project in the Bronx, New York. The 2x1 combined cycle configuration is running base load to generate electric power and steam for apartment heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
