摘要

A new HPLC chiral stationary phase(CSP)was prepared by bonding N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)cefaclor to silica gel.The effective n-n donor-acceptor interaction between the CSP and analytes was demonstrated to be important for the chiral recognition by applying the new CSP to the resolution of N-(substituted benzoyl)leucine ethyl esters and N-(substituted benzoyl)leucine propyl amides.The new CSP was also successfully applied to the resolution of anilide derivatives of N-acetyl-alpha-amino acids,anilide derivatives of O-ethoxycarbonyl-2-hydroxycarboxylic acids and 3-substituted 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones.
