Paul Balfe is a Director of ACIL Allen Consulting, Australia's largest independent economic consultancy company. He has worked for 35 years in the Australian energy and resources sectors, and has overall responsibility for ACIL Allen's gas business. Mr Balfe led the development and commercialisation of ACIL Allen's detailed gas market models and its application to strategic and policy analysis throughout Australia and internationally. Mr Balfe is widely acknowledged as an expert on the Australian gas industry and sought after as an analyst and commentator, with more than 100 conference presentations and industry briefings over the past ten years.
